I realize that the first thing you see in my introduction is a picture of me using my arms to defy gravity instead of my legs. And yes, it might suggest that I share some ancestors with Sebulba. So, now that you have your first impression of me, let's talk photography.

First of all, this website was created to showcase my greatest passion, which is nature photography with a focus on landscapes. This passion for defying gravity by carrying expensive and heavy camera stuff on nature trips (this time with my legs) started around 2017 when I first moved from Poland to Bavaria in Germany. Actually, my camera equipment back then was entry-level and quite light, but eventually I fell into the gear trap and, for the well-being of my back, I purchased full-frame equipment. Has my photography improved? Debatable...

By day, I delve into the world of research as an engineer, yet it is behind the camera where I find an artistic outlet. I approach photography by combining methodical problem-solving with artistic expression. My portfolio ranges from grand landscapes, through atmospheric shots to intimate close-ups. I particularly enjoy reacting to weather changes and getting myself inspired by the fleeting moments created by light. Unexpected photographic opportunities is what gives me the greatest joy. Probably because the 1st Law of Landscape Photography states that expecting a certain shot almost certainly leads to disappointment. Thus, I choose to expect the unexpected. Not sure if that makes sense,though. Nevertheless, I am happy that you took the time to browse through my gallery. Maybe some of the photographs caught your particular attention? Let me know!
